BIG welcomes investor members who have a number of the following attributes:
Brand/product concepts submitted for presentation to BIG members will be tested for viability/brand fitness and can be submitted by any member or |
external source. However, only concepts which prove to be the most brand fit will be presented to all members at the thrice - annual pitch meetings. The exception to this is if a BIG member proposes a brand specifically for their market. The members are known as the BIG COLLECTIVE. |

Investor Profiles
Pitching Overview Ideas can put forward to be evaluated for viability and brand fit from just about any source as shown in the BIG model. Upon evaluation a final selection will be made based on the viability of the concept or insistence of a particular contributing BIG COLLECTIVE member. At pitch meetings new brand concepts/opportunities are presented. Future concept recommendations for brand viability and brand fit assestments can be submitted as well as the nominations of other individuals for BIG COLLECTIVE membership. |
Share Options
For an idea to move forwards from pitching stage there needs to be at least two BIG COLLECTIVE members interested. If one of the members is BRAND BIG then the minimum required share of that particular venture for BRAND BIG will be 26%. Non Investor Participation BIG COLLECTIVE members that do not opt in as an investing NewCo partners will still have the option to distribute the goods within their home territory unless the NewCo shareholders have a preference for an alternative route/method for distribution. |
